If you are looking for an excellent kitchen designer, supplier, installer, project manager and all round professional and really approachable guy, look no further than Jean-Paul of JPL Designs. We put a lot of time, effort and research into finding the right people to install our new kitchen. It was very important for us to have a quality kitchen installed, by experienced and professional tradespeople, but equally to know that, if we encountered any problems along the way, with any aspects whatsoever, there would be someone at the end of the phone or e-mail to sort it out directly, and without quibble. We were so right with our instinct that Jean-Paul was the guy we wanted to take on our project, not that we had any major issues whatsoever. When you're spending your hard earned money on anything, you can't help but worry about the choices you have made along the way (and we chopped and changed so many ideas until we were finally happy with everything) and that includes who's doing the job for you. Well, we can't sing the praises of JP and his team enough. It was a big project to take on, 30 odd years of old kitchen to take out, walls taken down, re plastering, new electrics and so on and so on!! Every tradesperson that walked through our front door was prompt, courteous, of smart appearance and kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way, all under the watchful eye of JP. It's hard to mention all the guys that were part of this fit, they all worked so hard, but we do want to say a special thanks to Pete for his perfection and attention to detail in the actual fitting of the kitchen units, doors, appliances etc. He was one step ahead of the game the entire time, and we were most grateful for his input and recommendations. So, if you're still reading this, and I've not bored you to death with this genuine outpouring of highest praise indeed, pick up the phone and give them a call if you are thinking of having a new kitchen. We are thrilled with ours and it really was worth the short-term mess/disruption, to get the kitchen we have so long dreamed of. Thank you again JP, you delivered exactly what you promised you would.
